Rules

The rules of the Vanguard Hub Discord server and website: respect, accounts and keys, payments, support and what happens when a rule is broken.

Respect everyone

No harassment, bullying, threats or hate. Slurs and discriminatory language are never allowed, in any language and however they are spelled.

Swearing aimed at a person is not allowed. The bot removes messages with profanity and times the person out (3 minutes at least, longer for worse words and for repeats).

Disagree politely. Staff have the last word on what counts as respectful.

Keep the server safe and clean

No NSFW, gore or shocking content. No sharing anyone’s personal information (doxxing).

No spam, flooding, mass mentions or repeated messages. No advertising, self-promotion or invite links for other servers or stores.

Use the right channel for the topic, and write in English or Thai so staff can help.

Accounts, keys and scripts

One person, one account. Do not share, sell, trade or leak keys or scripts, and do not ask others for free keys.

Do not use another account to get around a ban, timeout or limit. Doing so extends the punishment.

Keys belong to the account that bought them. A key locks to the first device that runs it; reset it yourself from the Dashboard.

Payments and money

Pay only through the website, or through a ticket for PayPal. Never pay anyone in DMs, and never send payment proof outside a ticket.

Fraud is not tolerated: stolen cards, fake or used gift cards, fake proof, or a chargeback on a payment you made. We take the coins back and ban the account.

Staff will never ask for your Discord password or token, your Roblox cookie, or your full card number. Anyone who does is a scammer: report them in a ticket.

Support and tickets

Open a ticket for help: one ticket per problem, with the details staff need. Do not DM or ping staff.

Be patient: staff are people and answer as soon as they can.

Roblox and your own risk

Using third-party scripts goes against Roblox’s Terms of Use. Your Roblox account can be warned, banned or deleted, and nobody can promise it will not happen. Use scripts at your own risk and not on an account you cannot lose.

We cannot help with appeals to Roblox.

Staff decisions and punishments

Punishments go from a warning, to a timeout, to a ban, depending on what happened. Serious breaches (slurs, threats, fraud, leaking) can be a ban straight away.

Think a decision was wrong? Open a ticket and explain. Do not argue in public channels.

Staff act on the spirit of these rules, not only the exact words. The rules can change; this page always has the latest version.
